Terms for using Eldric

Use of the app

Eldric is provided for personal use as a photo editing application. The app includes portrait editing, mosaic editing, watermark tools, history management, photo saving, and diamond top-up features.

License

Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Eldric on devices that you own or control, in accordance with applicable platform rules.

Your content and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the photos, logos, text, and other content you use with Eldric.
• You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you edit or add as a watermark.
• You agree not to use the app in a way that violates law, infringes intellectual property, or harms others.

Diamonds and in-app purchases

Eldric includes a diamond balance system. Certain actions in the app, including saving eligible history records to the Photos album, may consume diamonds. Diamonds may also be obtained through in-app purchases.

• In-app purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms, billing rules, and policies.
• Product availability, pricing, and purchase conditions may change.
• Purchased diamonds are for use within Eldric only and have no cash value except where required by law.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not interfere with the operation, security, or stability of the app.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the app except as allowed by law.
• Do not use the app to process unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content.

Intellectual property

Eldric, including its design, software, text, graphics, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of Eldric at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are made means you accept the updated terms as applicable.

Disclaimer

Eldric is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or that the app will meet every specific requirement or workflow.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use Eldric.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Eldric if these terms are violated or if doing so is necessary to protect the app, users, or applicable legal interests.
